Le Deck
Le Deck commands a sweeping terrace at the Monte-Carlo Beach resort, positioned above the property's historic Olympic pool with the Bay of Monaco spread out below. Completely redesigned by architect Dorothée Delaye in 2025, the space draws on the resort's archival history to create an interior that combines Riviera heritage with a contemporary beach club sensibility. The design palette is colourful and relaxed, channelling the golden era of the Côte d'Azur while feeling entirely of the present. The menu reflects the setting: Mediterranean cuisine built around what arrives from the sea and the season, with oysters, Breton lobster, sea bass, red mullet and daily catches prepared with the lightness and confidence of good coastal cooking. Dishes are designed for sharing, arriving as generous portions intended to be pulled apart at a table of friends between swims. For those travelling by water, the resort's shuttle boat service connects Le Deck to Monaco's port, making it accessible from the harbour as well as from the shore. The combination of recent design investment, serious food credentials and its position within the Monte-Carlo Beach's storied grounds gives Le Deck a particular ease that reflects a resort at the height of its powers.
