Coya Monaco

monte carlo$$$$Latin American

COYA Monte-Carlo arrived on the Monaco dining scene in 2017 as the Principality s first dedicated Peruvian restaurant, taking up residence on Avenue Princesse Grace with a terrace that looks out towards the Mediterranean. Part of the internationally acclaimed COYA group, the Monaco outpost combines the bold flavours of Lima-inspired cooking with the refined sensibility of the Riviera. Chef Victoria Vallenilla leads the kitchen, presenting a menu of ceviches, tiraditos, causas, and grilled dishes that draw on Peru s diverse culinary heritage while embracing quality local produce. The bar programme is equally serious, with a pisco selection and signature cocktails anchoring a drinks offering that suits both aperitivo hour and late-night socialising. The dining room is animated by tribal art, warm earthy tones, and the energy of a resident DJ most evenings, creating an atmosphere that distinguishes COYA from Monaco s more formal restaurants. The venue operates seasonally from April to October, making it a fixture of the summer social calendar for residents and visitors alike.
