Blue Gin is the signature bar and lounge at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort, combining a sea-inspired interior with one of the finest heated outdoor terraces in the Principality. Nicknamed the Waterfront of Monaco, the space is designed around waves of deep blue tones and ambient lighting that evokes bioluminescent marine life, creating an immersive atmosphere suited to both relaxed early evening cocktails and lively late-night socialising. The creative cocktail programme is crafted around Marcel Ravin's approach to flavour, with signature serves accompanied by shareable finger food and a well-curated selection of champagnes, wines, and spirits. A hookah lounge and a billiard room add further dimension to the offering. Resident DJ Nicolas Saad performs live every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, bringing decades of Monaco nightlife expertise to the decks. Sports fans are well served on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, when the venue broadcasts major UEFA Champions League fixtures on a large screen alongside a dedicated match-night menu.
