Grand apartments with extraordinary ceiling heights and period details. The building has genuine prestige that newer constructions lack. Management is professional. The only real inconvenience is the steep walk from Boulevard des Moulins but there is a public lift nearby.

Stayed here for three months. The apartment was spacious with beautiful original features. Building is quiet and well maintained. However the kitchen and bathroom felt dated and the heating system is old. A mixed experience — architecturally stunning but functionally behind.

A masterpiece of Belle Epoque architecture. The restoration has been done with extraordinary care — original mosaics, wrought iron, and ceiling mouldings all preserved. Living here feels like inhabiting a work of art. The sea views from upper floors extend to Cap Ferrat.

The building is undeniably beautiful but living here is less romantic than it looks. No modern amenities — no pool, no gym, no spa. The plumbing in our unit was problematic and the hill location means you are always walking uphill from town. Overpriced for the practicalities.
