The construction noise from the neighbouring development is unbearable. Jackhammering starts at 7am sharp, six days a week. Building management has done nothing meaningful to address this with the developer. Windowpanes rattle. Cannot recommend until works finish.

The apartment itself was nicely renovated by the previous owner but the building entrance and corridors are disappointing. Dated lighting, worn carpets, no wow factor. For Monte Carlo the presentation does not match the postcode. Adequate but uninspiring.

Reliable and well-managed building in a central location. Everything functions as it should — lifts, security, cleaning, postal service. Not the most glamorous address but extremely practical for daily life in Monaco. Good value relative to neighbours.

Decent investment property. We rent our unit and tenants are happy. Building charges are fair and the syndic is competent. The common areas are basic — no luxury touches — but everything is clean and functional. Good entry point to Monaco property ownership.
