These three villas exude serenity, surrounded by green areas and the sea. The proximity with the Sporting d’été with its rounded features and the curved land of this extension inspired the architects who chose to adhere to the same sweeping contours. Each Villa presenting 500 square metres of living space, offers high-end luxury accommodations and services, its own infinity pool and a direct access to the sea for swimming, an absolutely one-of-a-kind experience in Monaco. The plans were entrusted to interior designer Olivier Antoine, who took care of the villas’ layout and amenities. The curves of the outdoor facades extend to the interior, into different rooms, which makes the most of every corner and leaves no space neglected. The materials were meticulously selected, with priority given to the unity of raw materials used to obtain uniformity and consistency in the entire villa. The floors are made solely of marble. Most of the furniture is bespoke and matches the rooms’ rounded shapes.
