Resident Reviews
What residents and visitors say about Le Giotto
Le Giotto is valued for its Carre dOr location, community atmosphere, and a well-regarded long-serving concierge. However, it lacks a pool and gym, has tight parking, and an ongoing facade renovation has caused significant disruption. Residents describe it as a solid mid-range choice with genuine character.

Facade renovation has been a disaster. Six months of scaffolding, constant dust, and restricted balcony use. Communication from building management about timelines has been poor. The work quality itself looks acceptable but the process has been unacceptable.

Charming building with a wonderful community feel. The concierge Pierre has been here for 20 years and takes genuine care of residents. Quiet floors, well-maintained common areas. Perfect for families who want a peaceful home in central Monaco.

Solid building in an excellent position. The rooftop terrace has lovely views towards the port. Apartments have good natural light. The entrance could be modernised and there is no doorman after 8pm which feels unusual for Monaco. Overall good value.

Good location in the Carre dOr, walking distance to everything. The apartments are well proportioned. However the building lacks a pool and gym which is disappointing at this price level. Parking spaces are extremely tight — difficult with a larger vehicle.

Social media sentiment about Le Giotto in Monaco presents a mixed picture, with residents and observers expressing both praise and criticism. Positive feedback highlights the building's strong community atmosphere, excellent concierge services, and convenient walkable location, whilst negative comments focus on ongoing facade renovation disruptions, high rental costs relative to limited amenities like the absence of a pool and gym, and concerns about dated interiors and parking issues. Overall, the location and management appear to be strengths, though the building faces challenges with maintenance projects and value for money perceptions.
